1. Services / 服务内容

LiAI provides prepaid API credit plans granting access to unified AI model interfaces (including but not limited to GPT, DeepSeek, Gemini, Claude), plus technical support services. / LiAI 提供预付费 AI 接口套餐（统一接入 GPT、DeepSeek、Gemini、Claude 等模型接口）及技术支持服务。

Credits do not expire. Prices shown before purchase. / 额度永久有效，购买前明示价格。

3. Payment / 支付

Cryptocurrency payments (USDT) are processed via licensed third-party payment gateways. No funds are held or transmitted by LiAI outside of gateway settlement. / 加密货币支付（USDT）经由持牌第三方支付网关处理，LiAI 不在网关结算之外持有或划转资金。

4. Refunds / 退款

Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase by contacting support. / 未使用额度可在购买后 7 天内联系客服退款。

5. Acceptable Use / 使用规范

Users must not use the services for illegal activities including fraud, money laundering, or violation of applicable law. Violating accounts are terminated and balances void. / 用户不得将服务用于欺诈、洗钱等违法行为，违规账户将被终止。

6. Liability / 责任

Services are provided "as is". LiAI's total liability is limited to the amount of unused credits. / 服务按现状提供，责任上限为未使用额度金额。
